Shocking and unacceptable customer service.

My order is over a week late for delivery (as per their timeline) and is meant for Christmas. I tried calling from 9am this morning and was continuously hung up on. When I finally got through, i was told it is the warehouse that is delayed and that a follow up will be done and i would be called back. I wrote a comment on their Facebook page, which they then deleted without responding!!

I have yet to be given a call back, but received an email to tell me an item is out of stock. Absolutely unacceptable and this is not the first time this has occured either.
