Shocking!!

How long does one have to wait for feedback on a refund?? It has been almost 2 weeks that the return request was logged, it was collected after 3 days and it is STILL pending. Apparently the return has still not been received and I am yet to receive feedback on my emails and calls that I have made over the week following up on the status and return.

Won't be shopping on Zando any time soon. Thank you Superbalist for upping your game.
