Service suddenly Pathetic

Ive bought quite a lot from Zando but ordered stuff on 21 Dec 2015 despite 9 follow up emails Zando failed to respond or even acknowledge payment , after proof was supp**** Ive not had even had confirmation of my order and payment done Seems like the Customer has to wait until the festive season is over DESPITE THE OR.DER BEING DONE AS WELL AS PAYMENT ON 21 DEC 2015 I RECOMMEND AND SHALL IN FUTURE MOVE MY BUSINESS TO SUPERBALIST Amazing service and communications even during the festive period Reading all the Zando issues Is an eye opener If you require stress and non service then Zando is the epitome thereoff in terms of the above order I certainly learned that on 21 December 2015 MUCH TO LATE Previous orders were ok but has made me decide to support alternatives like SUPERBALIST, Yuppiechef etc ! <br>
