Service sucks

<p>Zando a total waste of time.I have received my stuff..A few items are small and need to be returned but cant do so cos under my account it says order despatched instead of order being delivered.How to process a return if it says order despatched when i received the order.I have emailed a few times but to no avail.No RESPONSE at all.Is this customer service.This is terrible.PS still waiting for my other orders as well.As for tracking your delivery its another total waste of time.Cos al it says is order despatched.Waste of time.</p>
