Service is trash!

Their app is not working. The site had a special on sunday where you get R700 off if you purchase goods for R2500. The system failed to add the code on the app and on the mobile site. I called them several times yesterday and today to see if the code can still be added since it was a technical error. The calls are not bieng answered! This is not the first time this has happened. I sent emails and no email querries are bieng attended to.
