SERIOUSLY DAM TAKING THIS UP. SICK AND TIRED

So i bought a shoe a month back and i bought a size small and i returned to get a size big, when i got the shoe back, it was so horrible not even funny the box was torn and tapped up. u guys are ripping people off seriously and i will make sure to get the word out, anyway last week i have been calling to get my refund back so i can get my money back, today i emailed and the lady ask for my banking details and i must dam ****n wait 3 to 5 dam working day to get my money back and still wait for the sandal to be returned. God help you guys but i am taking this matter up
