Sent me the item I returned!!

I ordered a dress from Zando and they delivered a different dress. I called on same day of receiving dress and emailed pictures. The dress was collected and processed and warehouse dispatched the order. UPON DELIVERY, THE SAME DRESS WAS DELIVERED. What is so difficult to see that the dresses are different! This is unacceptable service and I don't think I will shop with Zando again. Your competitors are far better.
