Worst experience ever. We bought 2 pairs of boots for my husbands birthday (so called 50% off) qualify for free shipping apparently. Just to find out my shipping is over R200 for each pair and not only that, they sell it for so much cheaper on Shein and that's exactly why I have to wait 19 days to receive them, Zando stated I won't be able to get a refund if I am not happy, and I will forever warn all my friends, family and social media never to support such an ********* business
