Sell ****s - no refund and they keep your product

They sell **** products and don’t take any responsibility. Clearly false advertising as I didn’t get want I thought I was getting.

Then if you aren’t happy, they say they will keep the item and not issue your refund.

How do businesses run like this in this day and age? Left a very bad taste in my mouth and won’t be shopping here any more.
