Second order attempt a year later, Still no response on emails sent and no sign of a delivery either.... 11 days later!

THE WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

So I attempted to place another order just over a year later thinking the service would be better...

I send 2 emails over since Monday and no response what so ever... My order was placed 11 days ago... I get an email yesterday (10/12/2019) stating the order will be delivered between the 9th (Which by the way has passed) and 11th Dec... Today is the 11th and yet no sign of a delivery or sms stating it is out for delivery today?????
