I purchased several items with were delivered today and some of the items are small make. Your consultant tells me that I cannot exchange them for the same amount. I have to return them and pay the new price. Since when? Because I have ordered before and if the size doesn't fit, I always exchange the item for the different size, with the same price. My order no is ***. I need someone to assist me with this exchange please. I have been your loyal customer for ages and now this is how you are treating your customers?
