What is advertised and informs you to purchase on Zando platform is the opposite of what finally gets delivered to you. I ordered a dress advertised online and upon receiving it, both the material and fit were shocking. Firstly the order was delivered after 10 days and the delivery person was very rude. The Zando nightmare continued with the fitting the dress. It’s impossible to even describe the dress. Completely unwearable and ****. I’m logged a query to return the dress. I’m unable to review my purchase online and the designer is no longer traceable on Zando.
