Returns uncollected

<p>I ordered items online. Zando was lightning fast to deliver and take my cash. I was impressed, initially. HOWEVER, returns scheduled since 17 November remain uncollected...might I add, in contradiction with their own returns policy terms and conditions. I scheduled returns according to their explicit instructions yet they fail to collect time and time again. I've e-mailed, I've called, I've been ignored! To all consumers out there...this is a company that cannot be trusted to honour their own terms and conditions.</p>
