Returns service is absolutely pathetic

I have been trying to return an item for the passed 3 weeks in order for my refund to be processed, the courier company that is currently contracted to Zando arrives at my house in 2 occasions unscheduled while i am on holiday and this was mentioned to Zamdo, i have been trying to get Zando to collect an item that i have purchased in December, to date the item has not yet been collected, i am tired of taking this up with Zando on many different occasions with no actual action. My order number is ********** 39.
