Returns of items not collected!!!

I have logged a return on 3 items which the size doesn't fit my kids,+2 weeks later there items are still not collected.

The below massage was sent to me 3 times already.So the driver can deliver but can't collect returns as per your returns policy.This is a breach of contract to the agreed customer service.So wha t must I do with this items that are not being collected. I always buy so many items from this site but after this experience.I will never ever buy here again I can't risk sitting with items that I am not going to use.

Please collect and refund me,I selected to put in my wallet but no,I am not planning to buy here again.
