Returns Nightmare at Zando

The item I ordered was not what I received. When I called the call centre to return the items, they requested that I send through and email which I did and still have not received any feedback despite numerous follow ups both telephonically and via email. What's worse is the quality of the clothing purchased was just horrible from the Zando Global section.

Pathetic service!
