Returns logged since 18 days ago, still no collection!!!!

Wow, it's been such a terrible experience buying from Zando this time. I have 2 parcels that i have logged returns for since 2nd of December (18 days ago!!!!). i am still waiting for them to be picked up. I have sent emails upon email and not a single response. I am so disappointed in Zando!
