Returns

Order *** was deceived on the 12/08/19 I have trying to request s return for this items but the way you have shown to use for return does not work .this is so irritating because i need my refund back .please send your courier to collect the items and my refund.this matter need to resolved within 14days as this is under you return policy.Zando is a very pathetic online shop they do not respond on emails and calls take to long they always busy .i have sent several emails for this return.there id no return form
