returns

zando south africa ,returning an item its horrible .they say return items withing 14 days but they just go quiet ,i ordered for a return 19 october but to date nothing no refund im just stuck with something i dnt need .When i sent emails they just give empty promises that they will collect .there is no communications from them when it comes to returns you follow them up daily to get a refund but delivery takes 2 days only and they will be communicating daily.now afraid of buying from them just in case the thing does not fit what will i do.
