Returning and refunding

This email that I sent to zando is self explaining. I am battling with this since the 7th of May 2020.

I have only partially received this order. From 3 items only 1 was delivered. I'm waiting since the 7th May 2020 for fulfillment of this order. I'm tired of waiting. I want a refund and the money back into my bank account ASAP. It is cold and I need the money to buy other clothes.

There were 3 items in the order. All 3 were received. 2 of the items are incorrectly sized.
