Returned Item still no Refund from Zando

I returned sneakers on on the 9th July 2018. Till this day they still haven't given a refund. They have been telling me my item is still waiting to be checked. They are the worst online store I am so done with them with their poor service. Spree is much faster and efficient than Zando.
