Return still "requested" after over a week

<p>A return requested from Zando ten days ago has been completely ignored by the company. Despite assurances that "this matter will be dealt with immediately" and even "this query has been resolved" (??!!) absolutely nothing has happened. No courier has been to fetch the item I would like to return. This is simply a customer service issue: Zando has its money and is no longer interested in being of any use. What used to be an amazing online shopping experience has now been completely ruined. </p>
