RETURN Rejected

Bought some Jean had to return it because it didn't fit,I never removed anything when trying to fit . ALL Tags where in the Jean when I requested a return. To my surprise I got a call that the Jean had no tags but I'm 100% show all the tags where there. I. 100% believe it's a strategy not to pay my money . I am so dissapointed with their customer service.
