Return, pathetic system, *********** courier & customer service

Return, pathetic system, bad courier and team service. Bought sneakers for my daughter but the sneaker turn out to be big. I did a return the next day which was the 19 Aug. I'm still waiting for their courier to come collect. I never seen or dealt with such incompetency ever since I've been in Retail for 17years. If it were up to me, I'd prefer they close down. As it's seems like their teams, from customer service, courier and the head of the Call center. They only report to work for lunches and teas. Just got off the line now after been put on hold for 15mins. The lady told me that she spoke to the driver to go collect from my home. The driver said it's a bad address. Funny cause my first package was delivered at 8pm, by a driver who extra miled he belongs in a very professional company. Not this bad company called Zando. JUST CLOSE THOSE DOORS cause your company way useless to most of us...
