Return order processed

<p>I have been asking for a return which was logged on the 30th of November for a shirt i bought online but was way too big. The policy states that the parcel will be collected the next day after the return was logged. I contacted Zando 3 times before i got through and was told by one of the consultants that that the courier will pick up the package on Friday the 2nd. I emailed the complaints/general email address more than 3 times on Friddy 2nd Dec</p> <p>· Friday came and no one fetch the parcel, I contacted Zando 4 times that day, holding for 15 min and then they cut the call, I also emailed the complaints and general email address whereby i got the reference numbers but no one bothered to call me back or even email me back. i eventualy got through to a consultant and was told they were supposed to fetch the package but will definitely be here on the 5th December, i didnt get any notification notifiying me that the parcel will not be collected and will be rescheduled for Friday the 2nd December.</p> <p>· Monday morning 5 December at 7am I got a message to say the courier will be fetching the parcel between 9 and 5. Monday came and no one pitched once again.I have emailed the complaints/info email address twice and no one called or rep**** to my emails. I tried calling more than 5 times where i was holding for 15 min and then they cut the call.</p> <p>· Monday 5 Decemeber at 17:05 I called in again and was lucky that someone actually answered the call and I was promised the courier will be here 6 December 2016 at 9am</p> <p>· Tuesday 6 December came and 9am as promised was yet again another empty promise.I have called 9 times today and no answer!!!!! i have emailed 7 times and got reference numbers but no reply from any consultants via email or a phone call. </p> <p> </p> <p>They are very quick to take your money but to get a refund is basically impossible. I am going on leave this week and i want me refund immediately as i cannot wait for one of their consultants to call me back probably in a years time or for a no show courier.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is pathetic and i will never order from them again and i will advise all my co workers as well as family members not to ever order from Zando again</p>
