Return order has not been taken

I placed an order with Zando and it got delivered quick (which is very nice) but the problem is that I did not like what I ordered, Went to their website to return the order but I have not hear anything from the. It's been more that 2 weeks now and I am really frustrated because they do not answer their email, their phone is not working. how are we supposed to get a hold of them if no one is responding to emails sent by customers. I am really disappointed in Zando.
