Return not refunded

On the 4/7/2019 I orderd two pairs of shoes , i wasn't happy with one pair so therefore i decided to log a refund the following day.

I did everything online, the pair of shoes was picked up by the delivery company and sent back to Zando. Refund ***

I have been waiting since then for my refund. On the system it looks like it was processed successfully and yet i still have not received my funds.

This is extremely disappointing
