Return Not Collected

Zando returns sent me an sms confirming that they would collect my item today 1/04/2019 between 09:00 and 16:00.

No calls, no sms, no nothing advising of anything.

Now i am sitting here at work with a huge box that i will have to travel home with via public transport. And this is my first time ever shopping on your site.

Wow the service is beautiful...... (SARCASM)
