Return not actioned

I bought and ITEM from Zando but it did not fit ,so I requested a return & refund on 01/Feb /2022, I was sent a message that the driver will come collect the ITEM on the 3rd/Feb , later that day I received an sms that the collection was rescheduled as I was unavailable (which was a lie I had been home the whole day and nobody called me.) the next day same sms was sent that a driver will collect the package ando nce again i waited like an idiot and nobody showed up . This time they did not even bother to reschedule for anything
