Return Nightnare

I requested a return on the order i purchased on the 20th of December, until now no one has contacted me regarding the return. i have sent countless emails and even called them yesterday. Their line just drops after informing me that the line is busy. this is the first time i have had problems with Zando. maybe they have too many customers now and they are trying to get rid of us the old customers.
