RETURN HELL

WARNING: DO NOT USE ZANDO IF YOU ARE 1% UNSURE ABOUT YOUR ORDER/FITTING!!! Delivery is actually NOT that fast and it is absolute HELL to return anything!!

Zando has the WORST system for DELIVERY, RETURNS AND REFUNDS. The couriers do not send immediate notices once orders are delivered (about 3 days afterwards), you wait 4 days+ for reply on queries and NO ONE answers their "customer service" lines. To log a return is a NIGHTMARE and when you follow the ZANDO EMPLOYEE's instructions sent on EMAIL, Zando still question YOUR INTEGRITY and that you have in fact returned all the products???

Neither the courier or the warehouse seems to know how to do their jobs as simple as counting the items in the returned box???

PATHETIC SERVICE, I AM SUPER DISAPPOINTED.
