Return Collection

<p>I logged a return on 30/11/2016 and explained to Zando that the shoe is a small make and I wanted to return it. Almost a month later the damn shoe has not yet been colected, when i logged in to my account on their website I discovered that the return was cancelled due to failed collection. The collection address is a residential address and an arrangement was made since the day the return was logged for someone to be there when the driver collects. I caled Zando on 23/12/2016 and Miche assured me that collection will take place on 28/12/2016, I called Zando again today at 15:41 because their couriers have not yet collected, Cindy told me that according to their couriers they have contacted me and there was no avail on my number. Cindy assured me that the courier will contact me before 5pm and that did not happen. My return was marked as failed because of their useless pathetic couriers who keeps on lying to them and say they have tried to call me, I do not have a single missed call from Zando since the return was logged on 30/11/2016. If this damn return is not collected by end of business day on 29/12/2016 I am taking this to CPA, and I want my money back.
