Request Return on black friday Items

<p>Good day, </p> <p> </p> <p>I have been trying to get ahold of your call center with no luck. I bought 2 pairs of shoes. Same size and same make. However upon delivery, one pair was a size 4 and the other a 7. I tried to call the callcenter to find out if i can exchange the shoe for another size and no one answered. i requested a return and later realised that the other box was the right size. Now i want to keep the one pair that is the right size and return the one that is wrong however, I cant gety hold of Zando.. when i call im put on hold till i give up. when i email no one answers and I even tried Facebook with no luck. Order Number: ********** 86<br /><br />Please assist or something. </p>
