Refusing to accept too big dress and lazy excuse

I am badly disappointed at zando I bought a dress and returned it with return no ********** 21 now they sa it failed after years of buying from them they want to say something is wrong which I blindly don't believe.

I have fit the dress and was too big now and now they do not want to take it. Zando has been having delays which Ithey said was caused by black Friday which lasted for months and yet I was patient.

I want to say to zando take the dress and accept it as there is nothing wrong with it if you have perhaps found something that is not the condition I gave it back to the courrier.

I have been with you long enough to know the don't and do and have been loyal to you.

Please do not ruin our relationship I'm not stupid to send back something of that cost while I'm aware of any defects in it.
