Refuse to refund my money after they got back their stock

I ordered T-shirt’s and they did t fit, I requested for q refund as they didn’t have the size I wanted. This happened at the beginning of February 2018, it is now April and I have not received my money,I have sent countless emails and bank statements as proof that I ha e not received my money. I have been promised yo wait 24 hours and still no money is in my account
