REFUSE TO REFUND

I have been requesting a refund since the 12th of December , even today am still waiting . Zando doesnt reply to my email . I spoke to Amir last week monday on the 6th he promised me that i will get my refund on friday last week or the latest saturday . today am still waiting for the refund and I have send through emails yesterday still they dont reply to my emails. Zando have the worse servise ever, i mean how many months do i have to wait for my refund .
