REFUSAL TO REFUND MY R1748.00 FOR ORDER THEY CANCELLED AND STILL PROCESS MY PAYMENT

I placed an order today, 25 May 2023 and made a payment of R1748.00 via peach payment and on their side my order was cancelled to none payment. I send my bank statement and bank notification as a proof and keep saying they need proof. I called capitec and they said they cant be reversed because Zando already processed it. my money gone just like that. order number ***
