Refunds are a joke

😠Really and truly disappointed with a platform that I've used for ages. I recently had a return declined, as I returned a product that was sized incorrectly back to Zando.

I followed all the instructions to the mark, and left the item (in its original cardboard box) with the shipper/courier. For some reason the courier did not use the shipping sleeve, and now my refund is declined as the waybill was stuck on the cardboard box.

So returning a R1000 worth of product is now declined as a R1 box now has a sticky mark on it, caused outside of my control.

No offer to resolve or discuss. Just decline. Sorry Zando , I'll never use you again, nor motivate anyone to do so.
