Refunds

these people seem not to answer any calls thru their call center and are bad at replying mails. i want to know in which store can i get my refund. i returned a pair of shoes and my refund was processed. where can i go and collect the refund. this might be my last zando purchase!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
