Refund taking too long

My order was cancelled, not by me but Zando. I have been requesting a refund since the 4th of August to date, I have not yet received my money. I do not want a voucher, I just want my money back. If you can cancel orders then why are you not prepare to refund. My request for a refund has been marked as closed by Ziyanda ;( however I have not yet received my money. :( :( :(
