REFUND SHODDY PRODUCT

I purchased (what I thought to be) a lovely pair of shoes! When the box arrived and I opened it, I was overcome by the stench of what can only be described as CHEAP CHINESE PLASTIC!! I saw this very cheap plastic looking pair of pumps. I was extremely unhappy and requested a refund. They collect the shoes and I have emailed Zando 3 (THREE TIMES) and not received a response to any of my mail and nor have I received the refund.<br> I think the most infuriating is the LACK OF RESPONSE!!!<br> Shocking customer service and I would never contemplate purchasing from them again.<br>
