Refund ********

It's scary to see how many people are experiencing the same refund **** as I am. Returned boots on 10 July 2020 (6 weeks ago) and up to date there has been no refund or explanation. I contacted them to inquire the situation upon which I received no communication. This is bad!

Rather opt for Takealot, Superbalist or Yuppiechef - amazing online shops with great customer value.

Stay clear of Zando and Jumia - interlinked ******** companies!
