Refund/ Return Horror

<p>So Basically I am failing to understand how long it takes for Zando and its courier partner to come back and collect their shoes. I asked for a return on the 2nd of March already, now I must keep calling daily to find out when they are coming to collect. it is now the 9th of March and STILL NO SIGN of any couriers to collect. I am really getting fed up with this. </p> <p> </p> <p>This is beyond poor service. Seriously now!</p>
