REFUND REJECTED BECAUSE OF A SO-CALLED FINGERPRINT ON THE SNEAKER THAT WAS NOT CAUSED BY ME

I regret buying from Zando, SO i bought sneakers for my daughter and the sneakers was too big. I then requested a return but at the same time purchased another sneaker because i knew that the return would take long.

They eventually collected the return and when they had to pay my money back they phone and said there was a finger print on the sneaker and they wont be able to re sell it so they cant refund me and they will be returning the sneaker to me.

They are quick to take your money but always has an issue when they need to return your money. Imagine you won't be able to re-sell because there is a fingerprint on the sneaker. When i returned they sneaker there was nothing wrong with it how do i know that they didn't dirty the sneaker themselves so that they don't have to refund my money.

This is absolutely bull **** what do I do with these big sneakers and what makes me more furious is that I spent my more of my money to buy another sneaker thinking that by now I should have my refund now I'm told that I will not be refunded.
