REFUND REFUSAL

<p>I bought a WHITE blouse in a size 36 from Zando and upon fitting the blouse discovered that it was most likely closer to a size 38. I immediately put the blouse back into the original packaging and send it back to Zando for a refund. However I was contacted to say that there was a make-up stain on the blouse (base) and that a refund will not be passed. They even went as far as to suggest that I might have worn the item, which clearly is not true. We as woman wear make-up and yes by my own fault I might have caused this very small stain, the blouse has been returned to me and I had a hard time finding this actual stain that they were referring too. Over the last 6 months I have spend more than R9000 with Zando but as off today I will be unsubscribing from Zando and buy from Spree. Zando I am extremely dissapointed how this situation was handled but by your lack of response to either good or bad reviews on Hello Peter makes it very clear that you actually do not care.</p>
