Refund query

I had written a review previously about the same issue I have currently. I did receive a response from another zando consultant who assured me that I would receive my refund, needless to say I have still not receive my refund nor have I received any update about whether they are experiencing any issues. I don’t understand why I have to fight for money that is mine to begin with. This is absolutely pathetic service.
