Refund - Order Number ***

Good day,

I brought something on Zando and after few days I was told that its out of stock. I was then credited on Monday the 2 December 2019 and called them and advised I want a refund. I was told that the refund will only take 7 working days. That has passed already an when I spoke to them on the 11 - December they are not saying I need to add another 5 days?? No one is giving me a good response and their finance team are not even giving the call centre a good feedback. All I want is my refund and I am really disappointed on their service very disappointed. Order number is ***.
