Refund of R478

I place an order #*** with Zando and requested for a return cos they where too big for my daughter, they collected the shoes but have not refunded me till date an amount of R279. Again ordered boots for myself and returned as they were too tight order #*** R199 and still i have not recieved my refund. Zando owes me a total amount of R478. I need that money back. i tried calling the contact centre with no luck and through facebook messenger and still now answer.
