REFUND NOT REQUESTED

I bought the discount vouchers on the 08/03/2016 I called the same day to refund them and the order was cancelled I received the email confirmation, I was promised that the payment will reflect within 3 working days??<br> I called in today to query what happened and I was advised by sazlin that the refund was not requested at all??<br> I had to call so many times and after 5minutes the call keeps cutting, its really frustrating to deal with *********** people, CONITA needs to be trained, so that other customers will not be inconvenienced <br> pathetic service
