Refund not received

I have returned an order on the 29 July and requested a refund.

Not only have i to date not received my money back but i have not received any mails/correspondence from them about my refund.

Seems at this point i wont be getting my money back as i cant get a hold of them at all. No one answers the phone or reply's to my emails.

Terrible service and i will no longer use them.
